The Club is governed by a standing Board appointed from among the Members. Decisions of the Board are made in accordance with established practice and are not subject to external review.

Standing responsibilities
Sub-committees may be convened as required to address specific matters.
- The Office of the President
- Presides over the Board and over all engagements of the Club.
- The Office of the Treasurer
- Holds the contingency fund and reviews subscriptions and allocations.
- The Office of the Secretary
- Receives correspondence and maintains the records of the Club.
- The Office of the Club Captain
- Determines matters of play, precedence and the conduct of engagements.
- The Office of the Handicap Secretary
- Maintains handicaps. Adjustments are made without notice.
- The Office of the Sponsorship Officer
- Attends to the Club’s arrangements with associated parties.
- The Office of the Welfare Officer
- Attends to the condition of Members. Records are not kept.
Constitution
Structure of the Club
The Club presently operates as an informal society of Members rather than a formal legal entity. This arrangement may be revisited in due course as the membership expands.

- Matters are reviewed periodically.
- Guest introductions are subject to prevailing conditions.
- Members are expected to conduct themselves accordingly.
